Managing Stress in Individuals, Work, and Family. Athens, Saturday, November 20, 2016. The Day Conference focuses on the manifestations and effects of stress at the individual, work, and family levels. Particular emphasis is placed, both theoretically and empirically, on recognizing and dealing with stress by cultivating healthy personal relationships, as the most appropriate way to deal with stressful situations.
