“Competition or Cooperation: The Reality in Organizations and Businesses Today”<\/em><\/p>\n In recent years, and especially since the outbreak of the pandemic, changes in businesses have been rapid and intense, increasing uncertainty and insecurity among employees. In today’s reality, conflicts within organizations are inevitable. However, the phenomenon of conflict has been observed throughout history and is studied as a result of the coexistence and cooperation of individuals and groups with different knowledge, perceptions, beliefs, and cultures. According to contemporary thinking, conflicts are accompanied by both negative and positive consequences – and must be managed so that they contribute both to improving business efficiency and to creating a positive working environment. Today, the way businesses operate has changed, as they no longer focus exclusively on profit but also attach importance to their impact on society.
